Bookings: The fee for this event is due 2 days prior to the event date. Bookings made within 2 days of the event will only be accepted with evidence of payment (credit card details or purchase order). Enrolments are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations: Transfers and cancellations will be accepted up to 1 day prior to the event. Fees will be refunded or allocated to another program within a 12 month period. Cancellations will not be accepted on the day of the event and fees will not be refunded. If no cancellation is made and the enrolled participant does not attend, the fee payable will be charged as advertised.
