Bronwen Campbell is a presenter who brings a broad range of experiences
to her audiences. She has Rotary International to thank for starting
her speaking career over twenty years ago when she was an exchange
student in Germany.
She believes that there is always a better way - but it is not
just a matter of knowledge. It also takes attitude and action to
get performance and results. With a can-do attitude, Bronwen seeks
to constantly improve her own approach to life and business. Her
greatest compliment is to be regarded as an inspiration to others
to do the same.
She has been a project engineer, manufacturing manager, industrial
equipment sales engineer, sales manager, human resources manager,
occupational health and safety consultant, writer, trainer and course
developer.
Qualified in technical, management, training and language fields,
Bronwen holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering
(University of Auckland), Certificate of Proficiency in German (Stage
I and II) (University of Auckland) a Master of Business Administration
(Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) and a Diploma of Workplace
Training and Assessment Systems (Australian School of Commerce and
Management). She is a member of the Australian Institute of Management,
the National Speakers Association of Australia and a number of community
groups.
She is back in the field she loves, helping raise awareness of
better ways to do things, winning people over and persuading them
to take action. As Engineering Solutions Manager at Plant
Solutions Pty Ltd, Bronwen helps people in the process industries
to optimise performance and boost their company's profits.
